DVAR YERUSHALAYIM is the only Yeshiva in this country catering for mature students who, for one reason or another, have had little or no opportunity to study and practice Torah.

It is a well-known fact that intelligent young people from all walks of life are trying to find out more about judaism and are returning to their roots. This phenomenon is evident all over the Jewish World from Israel to America, and even in Russia.

The aim of our Yeshivah is to adapt standard Yeshivah study techniques to the level of relative beginners who are mature and sophisticated, and also to capture the beauty of that warm and sincere Jewish spirit for which Yeshivoth are well known. Students have the opportunity to experience authentic judaism, yet in an intellectual enviroment in which any question can be raised and any problem discussed freely.
